Due to the unique and vintage nature of our products, all items are final sale.
Each item at Vint9 is carefully handpicked. Vintage products may show wear, blemishes, or imperfections, which add to their distinctive character. Prices reflect the condition of each piece, so please consider this before purchasing.
FINAL SALE
All vintage, one-of-a-kind items, furniture, rugs, original fine art, sale items, and internationally shipped products are final sale and not eligible for return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
REFUNDS ON DAMAGED ITEMS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since approval, contact us at allanmlocke@gmail.com.
